David is a hands-on attorney that takes the time to listen to client concerns. Before even hiring David, he spoke to me for at least 30 minutes via phone to determine if I had a case worth pursuing. David is very responsive to emails and phone calls and seems genuinely concerned with obtaining the outcome desired by his clients. He is genuine, will provide the pros and cons while evaluating the risks involved. I truly felt he was fighting for my best interest at all times.

I am writing this review to share my experience working with Attorney David Sacks. I reached out to him after filing a charge with EEOC in Miami. EEOC in Miami opened the charge for me but did not respond to me after their initial contact . I tried several times to reach out to them to no avail.

David Sacks went out of his way to meet with me on a Saturday as I am disabled and have to depend on others for transportation. He reviewed all of the information I provided him regarding my situation and took over from there.

My situation was resolved with my former employer within weeks to my complete satisfaction. If you want an Attorney that will work with and for you, David Sacks is the person of choice.

I have even explained other legal issues that I might have to contend with to see if he could assist. He told me if he could not, he can recommend others that could.

Several years ago I found myself in a situation that I was ill-equipped to handle. I assume that if you are reading this, you likely are in a similar position. I was in unchartered territory, frightened and in desperate need of help. It is a slow process so have patience. David explained how the process would work. His outline of the process was exactly correct.

My biggest concern was the day I had to give my deposition. The opposing attorney tried to intimidate me, but David had helped me prepare. David also was with me during the interview. He was VERY aggressive to defend me if questions from the opposing lawyer were misleading, unclear, or otherwise out of order. I really liked how well kept the questions on topic and how well he objected when things were not as required. I think David’s aggressive style kept the opposing attorney on edge . That helped me a great deal.

David is aggressive, positive attorney. He will tell you the truth about your chances in a lawsuit. I would recommend David to anyone looking for an attorney who knows how to handle employment law issues.

My experience with Law Offices of David Sacks was excellent. He heard my case and took on my Goliath when the other big law firms in town Refused me. He Listened to me about my case, my concerns and answered any questions and fears that would arise during the process. David is not afraid to take on a fight if you aren’t.
